Had tires put on last summer. They left the bolts on my front wheel loose/ missing see picture. Very negligent and extremely dangerous. Also the people in the parts department are extremely rude and unprofessional. Lastly if youre trying to get a price on a bike good luck. They will not quote you a price. They bait you into the dealership. I Will be going elsewhere to shop for my next bike which is very soon and would never ever go back for service or parts.
